Promises and Policies

🌿 Shop Policies for Inked In Love Custom calligraphy by Morgan

💌 Refunds

Each note is a one-of-a-kind, custom creation made just for you.
Refunds are only available in the rare case of:
    •    A spelling error made by me (not from the client’s original wording), or
    •    A missed delivery deadline (currently 24 hours unless otherwise noted).

If either occurs, I’ll gladly remake or refund your piece when I receive your written request.

🕊️ Revisions / Do-Overs

Every note is written by hand, with care and artistry.
If you’d like a new version after delivery — for changes in wording or design — I offer a discounted re-creation (typically 60% of the original price).

This honors the time and craftsmanship that goes into every handwritten work.

🖋️ Legibility

I recognize that older scripts and lettering styles may be harder for some people to read. And having it joyously and legibly received by your the recipient is of great importance. I always bear that in mind in my work, offering only paper/color/nib options that "read" well, and will create your note in such a way to balance beauty and legibility.

✨ Sharing & Privacy

I occasionally share examples of my lettering on social media or my website.
I never post personally identifiable messages (for example, “From Alex to Jamie”) unless I have explicit permission.

If you prefer your note not be shared at all, just send a quick email after ordering — I’ll absolutely respect that.

📦 Delivery

All pieces are delivered digitally — as a JPG, GIF, or MP4 — by email or download link, usually within 24 hours. If I anticipate any delay, I’ll notify you right away.

🪶 Usage Rights

Your commissioned note is for personal use only.
You’re free to share, post, or print it for yourself or your recipient.
Commercial reproduction or resale requires prior written consent.
